Founder & Executive Consultant

I am a senior financial services leader with more than 25 years of experience across RIAs, Broker/Dealers, and TAMP platforms. As a former CEO and President, I have led large-scale transformations, platform integrations, and growth initiatives alongside partners such as Fidelity, Schwab, and Pershing.

Before my financial services career, I served in the United States Navy for eight years. This experience shaped my commitment to discipline, operational rigor, and leadership accountability. These standards continue to drive my approach to helping organizations perform at their highest level.

My expertise spans strategic planning, operational optimization, wealthtech enablement, AI and automation strategy, and leadership development. Above all, I am focused on delivering results that strengthen performance, scalability, and the advisor experience.
